1. Navigate to the settings within Findea Online.
2. Activate the “Multi-Factor Authentication” by pressing the button.
3. Read the message and press “confirm”. You will now be logged out.
4. When in the log-in screen. Try to log in again with your email and Password.
5. You should be led to the set-up of the 2 Factor Authentication. You will have to use your mobile device for the following steps.
6. You need to download an Authenticator App. We recommend Authy or the Microsoft Authenticator. However, any authenticator app will work.
7. Open the application and find the place where you can scan the QR code. Usually this is marked with a
picture of a camera or a plus.
8. Scan the QR code from Findea Online and save the account to your authenticator app.
9. You should find a six-digit code which renews every 30 seconds.
10. Go back to your computer and enter six-digit code and press continue.
11. You will now be shown the security code. Write this code down or copy and save it. It is very important that you do not lose this code. Set the tick and press continue. After you did this, the 2 Factor Authentication is set up.
